I expected this place to be pinkies-out-uber-fabulous since it's inside Harrods, but it wasn't! Cute exterior/facade. I ordered the lasagna and it was just sooooo oily, and nothing too memorable. The sauce tasted like it came right out of a can, cheese was scarce upon arrival.

Service--there was a waitress that sat down with me for almost ten minutes explaining how to get around London via tubes so I gave this restaurant an extra star!

Pizza was average at best and the ravioli was about 3 bites worth and had no flavor. Service wasn't good either. Definitely wouldn't waste the $40 for it again.

On our honeymoon trip to London, we were starving and stopped at Harrods to walk around and found this place. Surprisingly, when we saw the reviews here, we were a bit skeptical but decided to stop anyway. We ordered the garlic bread and a margarita pizza and it was surprisingly good, close to excellent. Pretty good overall.

Automatically poured bottle water when I asked for water. None of the other patrons were poured £4.50/bottle mineral spring water.  Pizza was soggy. Received 3/4 full glass of champagne.  Papa Johns would've been better.

Although the cue was long, we were seated in about 10 mins..

The service is real good,, but the main dishes were in normal range.

I really prefer their pizza rather than their pasta.

    The price was too expensive..
